I did hill repeats (4X) by my house on Tuesday. I live in a very hilly area…there is no where flat to run. So, I warmed up on the hills around my house for about 20 mins. Here is a view from the trail -
I love the view from my house, but man… it’s hilly. I will always finish my long runs on a 1 mile up hill no matter which way I go. I guess that will make me that much stronger.
Here is the hill I ran up..doesn’t look that steep in the picture Felt a lot steeper than it looks.
Not sure if it is long enough – it’s .15 miles long. I may start further down the hill next time. I need to do 6X next time and build up each week.
