Happy Mommy

9 hours of sleep Saturday night
+ GREAT 11 mile run on Sunday during nap time
+ kids still sleeping when I got home from run
+ I got up for swimming this morning (monday morning)
= VERY Happy Mommy!

Week ending 3/7

Run – 22.96 miles in 3 hours 45 mins
Swim – 2700 yds in 1 hour
Strength Train – 2X in 1 hour

5 hours 45 minutes training
